What is included in the Davos 2027 package.

We promise only what is contracted and deliverable: essential travel, visa processing, accommodation, side-event registration support, and matchmaking.

Flights and train transfers

Flights priced from your departure city (flight fare is subject to change as per city), plus train transfers from Zurich to Davos and return.

Pre-departure logistics orientation, daily rail transfer coordination, and on-ground delegation support. (Meals are not included.)

Cancellation, Visa Refusal & Management Fee Policy: A 10% management fee of the total package price (calculated before discounts, minimum US$200 per delegate) is non-refundable upon cancellation or visa refusal. The remainder of the package fee is refunded less any visa or third-party expenses already incurred.
