The Türkiye Startup & Investor Delegation is an independent, curated 7-day business trip (8–14 November 2026) taking founders, sustainability leaders, angel investors, and enterprise executives to Antalya and Istanbul. The program focuses on high-impact B2B matchmaking, investor pitching, climate tech showcases, and expanding cross-border business opportunities in Türkiye's booming green economy.

Delegate House is a private organization and is not affiliated with the UN, UNFCCC, or official summit organizers. Our delegation is an independent business cohort structured around the dates of the COP31 Startup Conference in Antalya, allowing delegates to attend open public business forums, explore clean-tech exhibitions, and network with global industry leaders attending the wider ecosystem.

The all-inclusive base package covers:

Departures outside Karachi: Return international flights from Karachi are included in the base $2,000 package. For delegates departing from Lahore, Islamabad, or international locations (e.g., Dubai, London, Riyadh), package pricing will adjust based on prevailing airfare differences.

Not Included: Personal shopping/expenses, room service/mini-bar, individual unscheduled leisure/sightseeing, and excess baggage fees.

Turkish visa processing and official visa fees are fully handled and included in your package. Our travel host, Adventuresy Pakistan, will guide you through the required document checklist, issue your Delegate House business invitation letter, and manage the submission on your behalf.

Strict Deadline: 1st September 2026. Due to the advance time required for Turkish visa processing and securing group flight/hotel inventory, no registrations or payments will be accepted after 1st September.

Upon application approval, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your seat, and the remaining 50% balance must be paid within 1 week. Full and complete payment is required before the 1st September 2026 deadline.

Prior to departure, our delegation directors hold an onboarding discovery call to map out your business objectives, target partner profiles, or investment criteria. During the Antalya and Istanbul networking salons and private dinners, we curate targeted introductions between delegates, Turkish business leaders, and visiting international investors.

In the rare event of a visa refusal (with all correct documentation submitted on time), your package fee—excluding non-refundable airline and visa processing administrative costs—will be refunded, or can be transferred 100% toward any future 2027 Delegate House summit (e.g., Davos or London Climate Action Week).

Yes. Co-founders, business partners, or spouses may join under a customized dual-delegate or partner package sharing a room. Please indicate this on your application form.
